Darren has been teaching piano and music theory for 15 years. As an accomplished pianist Darren teaches pupils of all ages from the basics at the very beginning right through to ABRSM and Trinity Grade 8 and beyond, teaching advanced pupils how to become performers and teachers themselves.

Since 1996, having entered over 80 pupils, Darren has maintained a 100% exam pass success rate, by ensuring pupils are ready and fully prepared before embarking on an exam and the next level.

Darren is based in Petersfield on the Hampshire / Surrey / West Sussex border and currently teaches pupils from this location and all the way along the A3 corrider right up into central London.

Darren is also experienced in audition coaching, ensuring people are prepared approriately and suitably for the role which they're auditioning for. He is well placed to do this having been through the process himself before securing the lead in the West End production of the hit Billy Joel musical Movin' Out.
